Students are invited to submit their PhD project and thesis proposals. To submit your proposal, make sure that your submission includes:

• the name and affiliation of author,
• abstract (max. 300 words),
• 3-5 keywords,
• research aim,

• results achieved and/or prospective results.

Submissions will be reviewed and discussed by other PhD students and senior eGovernment and eParticipation researchers. Submissions can be made via email. Please email your submission to epart AT uom.gr. Please note also, that PhD papers may only qualify as single-authored submissions (supervisors should not be co-authors!).

PhD students, who have no paper accepted at the IFIP e-government conference or at ePart, are encouraged to participate at the IFIP e-government conference and the ePart conference. For such PhD students, the IFIP e-government conference and ePart will offer a reduced registration fee.
