Electronic Participation (ePart) Conference

Registration for ePart 2013 and its colocated events will start on 20th of May 2013. The registration will be possible throuh the conference management system, when it is activated.

The registration fees to participate at ePart 2013 is based on a basic price plus a price per day, depending on how many days you intend to attend the conferences. I.e. it is calculated as follows (the registration system will automatically calculate the registration fee depending on your indications):

Basic price + Number of days attending * Price/day.


The basic price and price/day depend on parameters for groups and number of days you attend - as follows, with the calculated fees in the latter columns:

The registration fee for ePart 2013 covers

  • Attendance to ePart 2013 and all other co-located conferences along Informatik 2013 in Koblenz  for the days registered

  • Coffee and lunch breaks, welcome reception

  • Conference bag

  • Proceedings: LNCS through online access and GI LNI on USB stick.

Authors of papers accepted to ePart 2013 must register to the conference and pay the registration fees along with the submission of their camera-ready paper (DL for LNCS: 31st May 2013; DL for GI LNI: 15th June 2013).

Converters (such as Currency Converter - Yahoo!) help converting these rates to other currencies. It should be noted that, as IFIP EGOV and ePart 2012 are co-located like in the past, there is a common registration with the IFIP ePart conference. Hence, the IFIP EGOV registration is also valid for the ePart conference, as it is for any other Informatik 2013 event this year.

Registration and Cancellation Policies for EGOV/ePart 2013

Cancellation: If authors registered cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other registered participants may cancel their registration until 15th July 2013. A cancellation fee of € 100 will be charged. The rest of the registration fee as well as the hotel deposit will be refunded after the conference. For cancellations received after 15 July 2013, no refund of registration fee and social events will take place. Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail, regular mail or fax). Liability: The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants.

Participants are advised to make their own insurance agreements, as they consider necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
